Abstract
Aristóteles, em seus argumentos em defesa do princípio de não-contradição na Metafísica, provando que o princípio de não-contradição é condição de possibilidade da linguagem e do pensamento, e que, além disto, esse princípio é um axioma do ser enquanto ser ou de todas as coisas, demonstra indiretamente que o homem é capaz de obter um conhecimento científico sobre o nosso mundo e sobre ele mesmo.
