Abstract
O presente artigo tem como objetivo analisar as transformações do mundo do trabalho advindas da acumulação flexível do capital, com a finalidade de apontar como, na atual conjuntura, o avanço incessante da precarização e da flexibilização impõe-se como consequência da lógica destrutiva da era neoliberal no Brasil. Assim, argumenta-se, com base na literatura recente, a existência de um processo de precarização social do trabalho no país, por meio da articulação do neoliberalismo, da financeirização da economia e da reestruturação produtiva.
