Abstract
Chronic otitis media most often develops in preschool children. Depending on the stage of the disease, conservative and surgical treatment methods are developed. The influence of n acetylcys teine on the efficiency of exudative otitis media treatment in children was studied. it was demonstrated that the application of endaural phonophoresis of n acetylcysteine significantly increases the efficiency of treatment.Key words: exudative otitis media, treatment, children.
