Abstract
The hyphae, pycnospores and pycnidia of Septoria lycopersici in infected tissue and in fungal culture on different media were described. Fungus growth and development on 12 media were also studied. The development of the studied fungus on culture media, with different doses of dextrose, hydrogen-ion concentrations and temperature was worked out on the potato dextrose medium. Germination of the pycnospores from the infected plant and fungal culture in the hanging drops in different conditions was observed.
