Abstract
Se presenta el caso clínico de un paciente de 18 años de edad, quien fue víctima de abuso sexual a los 14 años, que ingresó en Unidad de Intervención en Crisis del Hospital "Dr. Juan Bruno Zayas Alfonso" de Santiago de Cuba por presentar alteraciones del comportamiento que incidían en el medio familiar y social, además de cuadros conversivos y dificultad para caminar. Después de un estudio minucioso se comprobó que se trataba de una psicopatización de la personalidad producto al trauma
