Abstract
Hämodynamisch bedrohliche Blutungskomplikationen sind im klinischen Alltag selten. Dennoch ist es gerade in diesen Akutsituationen notwendig, lebensrettende Maßnahmen rasch und strukturiert durchzuführen. Wann müssen wir im Rahmen unserer klinischen Tätigkeit mit einem erhöhten Blutungsrisiko rechnen? Bei gynäkoonkologischen Eingriffen, intraligamentären Tumoren, ausgedehnter Endometriose, Adhäsionen aufgrund zahlreicher Voroperationen oder abgelaufener entzündlicher Prozesse, ektoper Schwangerschaft und geburtshilflichen Operationen. In der Geburtshilfe ist ein rasches Blutungsmanagement notwendig bei uteriner Atonie, atypischer Plazentation, vaginaler oder zervikaler Geburtsverletzung.
