Abstract
Este artigo discute alguns impactos gerados sobre a qualificação da mão de obra a partir da implantação de uma nova forma de produção. O cenário deste estudo é de um mercado que valoriza a informação e a capacidade de transformá-la em conhecimento, gerando um diferencial para as empresas. Para o trabalhador, entretanto, surge um impasse: entender esta nova forma de qualificação e compreender como o mercado a avalia.
