Abstract
Trata-se de uma análise acerca do conceito de dispositivo de sexualidade, abordado pelo filósofo francês, Michel Foucault, na obra A Vontade de Saber. Verifica-se em que consiste um dispositivo, o que é essa estratégia de sexualidade, sua função na disciplinarização de corpos e na constituição de populações a partir discursos sobre o sexo, o qual, num primeiro momento é ligado a questões religiosas e, posteriormente, é vinculado a perspectivas biológicas.
