Abstract
Contact screening and in cases required initiating chemoprophylaxisare great importance for control of tuberculosis(TB). In this paper eight TB cases that occurredamong the same family members in 23 years were discussed.. After detection of the index case, failure to contactscreening and initiating chemoprophylaxis caused tooccurrence of other cases.
