Abstract
Abstract: The second year students of SMK Negeri I Singosari Malang have some difficulties in the subject of Concrete Construction due to the student’s ability in understanding questions in exams, connecting some concepts, drawing supportive pictures, and applying the concept to solve the problems. The purpose of this research is to reveal the advantage of inquiry model in increasing the quality of learning and its results. The method used is class-based action research with four cycles. The result shows that the inquiry model used in teaching process can improve the quality of learning and its outcomes, particularly in the subject of Concrete Construction.
