<span style="font-size: x-small; font-family: Times New Roman;"><p align="justify">En el presente artículo se expone el resultado de un diagnóstico por proceso realizado en la organización de la actividad comercial de la Empresa Importadora y Proveedora de Productos para la Pesca, PROPES, determinándose la cadena de valor, las características de cada proceso y sus deficiencias y problemas. Por último, se propone un conjunto de soluciones que se encuentran en vías de implementación.</p></span>
