Abstract
The paper investigates ways of reforming the national clearing and settlement system as a precondition for the functioning of the securities market infrastructure during initial public offering (IPO). The author proposed interaction scheme participants in the market at work central depository and central clearing institution.
В статье исследованы путей реформирования отечественной расчетно-клиринговой системы как предпосылки обеспечения эффективности функционирования инфраструктуры рынка ценных бумаг в процессе первичного публичного размещения акций (ІРО). Автором предложено схема взаимодействия участников на рынке при работе центрального депозитария и центральной клирингового учреждения.
