Abstract
A pesar del fracaso de los Objetivos del Desarrollo del Milenio, la agenda de la ONU posterior al 2015 invita a seguir hablando de desarrollo. Desde esta constatación, este artículo propone un análisis crítico del paradigma del desarrollo humano del PNUD. El objetivo es mostrar cómo las asunciones implícitas de este paradigma, en vez de promover el cambio, refuerzan el statu quo . El discurso del PNUD es mostrado como una dinámica de saber-poder foucaultiana. Fi- nalmente, el artículo propone reemplazar el concepto de desarrollo por el de poder .
