Abstract
De los 168 casos ingresados en el Servicio de Oncopediatría del Hospital Pediátrico Docente «William Soler» desde marzo de 1995 hasta noviembre de 2003, se diagnosticó tumor germinal maligno de ovario a 9 niñas, que han sido tratadas según el Protocolo de Tumores Malignos (TGM-90) de la Sociedad Francesa de Oncología Pediátrica (SFOP). De este grupo de niñas, 3 tenían disgerminomas y 6, teratoma inmaduro. Todas en la actualidad se hallan bajo seguimiento y en remisión completa.
