Abstract
Les multiples facettes du « système protéines » et la nécessité de les considérer simultanément pour réfléchir à l’avenir : Quel doit être l’objet d’une prospective sur les protéines à l’Inra ? Quel est le système étudié ? Cette question est fondamentale puisque, par construction, nous devons représenter le système et son environnement et en décrire le fonctionnement au moyen de processus qui serviront à élaborer les hypothèses constitutives des microscénarios.
