Abstract
In the title compound, C26H26N2O2S, the dihedral angle between the benzothiazole and coumarin rings is 8.34 (7)°, indicating that the overall benzothiazole substituent is almost coplanar with the coumarin rings. An intramolecular S...O [2.813 (1) Å] contact may help to stabilize the molecular conformation. In the crystal structure, π–π stacking interactions [centroid–centroid distances = 3.480 (2) Å] link pairs of molecules.
