Abstract
Effective leadership starts with communication. The ability to communicate can help healthcare leaders gain the trust and confidence of their entire team, leading to better employee engagement and patient outcomes. As the scope of roles, adoption of technology, and needs of the workforce evolve, it is important for leaders to have a tool kit to help them communicate strategically consistent messages to key stakeholders.
