Abstract
Since the middle of the 20th century, with the soil environmental pollution problems exposed, many countries and regions have gradually formed their own characteristics and universality in the legal system of soil pollution prevention and control. These legal practice is important reference for solving the increasing agro-soil pollution problem in China. This paper discussed the legal system of agro-soil pollution of typical countries and regions, and analyzed their own characteristics. Combined with Chinese reality, the paper proposed some opinions and suggestions, which might be useful for the soil pollution control legislation in China.
