Abstract
El protagonismo estudiantil en la Educación Técnica y Profesional es una prioridad, sin embargo, existen carencias en el proceso pedagógico profesional en función de lograr un educando más comprometido con el fin de la educación pues no se emplean sus potencialidades, creatividad y liderazgo en la búsqueda de soluciones a los problemas docentes. El modelo pedagógico que se propone aporta principios y recursos educativos que pueden ser utilizados por los educandos para implicarse e implicar a los estudiantes en este proceso.
