Abstract
Este trabalho traz uma reflexão sobre as necessidades estratégicas para obtenção de vantagem competitiva por meio da armazenagem, discutindo seus métodos e formas de operação interna e também quanto à escolha da localização externa. A conclusão é que se deve considerar o máximo de variáveis dentro do processo logístico, para depois promover uma busca do local ideal para o armazém.
