Abstract
In a future and expected reform of civil code, there are required a few changes regarding the succession laws, changes relating to, among other things, the terminology, the notion of inheritable indignity rights and the rights of the surviving spouse. The inheritable indignity according to current civil regulations means the revocation of a legal heir right to accede succession, motivated by a serious action committed against the deceased.
