Abstract

 

Considered some mapping materials reports of expeditions to research steppe areas of Russia (1896 - 1903) led by an outstanding scientist and political figure, founder of budget statistics F. A. Scherbina. Presented methodology and results of the use these materials in the geoinformation mapping of cultural landscapes earlier developed areas in process of studying processes agrolandshaftogenez (genesis agrolandscape, shaping agricultural landscape, agricultural formation landscape).
