Abstract
Este artigo é resultante de pesquisa qualitativa, tendo como sujeitos de investigação usuários acometidos por agravos neoplásicos de cabeça e pescoço. Objetivou-se, por meio de entrevista semiestruturada, investigar e caracterizar o fluxo de cuidado a esses sujeitos na perspectiva da linha de cuidado, nos diferentes níveis de gestão e atenção. Os resultados revelaram fragmentação do cuidado, apontando a necessidade de reestruturação dos modelos assistenciais vigentes, por meio da garantia de um fluxo de cuidado que opere de modo interligado. Concluiu-se que a atenção integral é essencial para que possam ser construídos sistemas de saúde com a perspectiva de linha de cuidado.
