Abstract
ABSTRAK Penataan ruang meliputi perencanaan, pemanfaatan ruang dan pengendaliannya, diproses oleh pemerintah kabupaten mulai dari draft rencana tata ruang sampai menjadi dokumen kebijakan tata ruang. Kebijakan tersebut mengarahkan aktivitas masyarakat agar menempati ruang yang terencana dengan tujuan terencana pula. Partisipasi masyarakat dalam proses perencanaan memberikan pengaruh yang besar terhadap efektivitas kebijakan ini. ABSTRACT Spatial planning includes the planning, space utilization, and control, it processed by the regency government begin from the draft spatial plan until a spatial policy documents. The policy directs the activity in order to occupies the space are planned with the goal are planned too. The research shows that social participation in the process of planning give a major influence on the effectiveness of this policy.
