Abstract
Pri objavljivanju i mrežnom pretraživanju kemijskih struktura
nikada nije bilo važnije postojanje opće prihvaćene
nomenklature. International Union of Pure and Applied
Chemistry (IUPAC)1a,b i Chemical Abstracts Services (CAS)2
u tom su smislu načinili slične preporuke. Ovo izvješće
daje samo glavna objašnjenja. Pojedinosti su opisane u
pojedinim poglavljima IUPAC-ova kompendija “Purple
Book”,3 u izvornim dokumentima4–13 i njihovim prijevodima
na hrvatski jezik.4–13
