Abstract
Článek shrnuje hlavní důvody iniciující změny paradigmatu přírodovědného vzdělávání a představuje badatelsky orientované vyučování (BOV) jako směr, který může být v budoucnosti řešením krize přírodovědného vzdělávání. Zběžně také analyzuje otázky: (1) výběru učiva pro badatelsky orientované vyučování v biologii, (2) přípravy učitelů na BOV a (3) výzkumu v oblasti didaktiky biologie, orientovaného na BOV.
