Abstract
A emergência da nova economia, centrada, principalmente, nas tecnologias de informação (TI), causou impacto na sociedade em geral e no ambiente de trabalho, em particular. Neste artigo, analisamos se os sentidos produzidos nas relações de gênero entre os profissionais de TI implicam em transformação ou manutenção dos estereótipos femininos e masculinos presentes em modelos convencionais de organização. Para tanto, nós analisamos conversas em blogs que têm como foco “mulheres na carreira de TI”. Como resultados, mostramos os sentidos de gênero que reproduzem os estereótipos do trabalho feminino e masculino.
