Abstract
Malgré l’allure souvent chaotique des conversations quotidiennes, l’analyse des interactions a mis en évidence certaines régularités permettant de les envisager du point de vue de leur structuration. Or, contrairement à d’autres modèles textuels, essentiellement soumis à des contraintes génériques et à une séquence prototypique, la structure conversationnelle, largement dépendante des variables situationnelles, apparaît étroitement liée au fonctionnement de la politesse.
