Abstract
This paper tries to supply marks as regards the state of the Moroccan sociology in a reflexive and committed approach. Three main plans are investigated: 1) the question of the commitment, in its epistemological and historic dimensions; 2) the institutional knots of education and research; and 3) the sketch of a typology of the Moroccan sociologists. The postcolonial prejudices in the relationship in the French-speaking linguistic universe, with its effects on the space of the Moroccan sociology, are analyzed in particular. The article opens on the desirable character of institutional transformations.
