Abstract
Ethanol consumption affects most of the system morphology and function, particularly brain system. There are many neuromediator systems which reinforce ethanol consumption and mediate the effects of ethanol. They are also affected by ethanol. The role of neuromediator systems such as GABAergic, glycinergic, glutamatergic, dopaminergic, noradrenergic, serotonergic, cholinergic, opiatergic and nitrergic, which are responsible for the santral effects of ethanol is important.
