Abstract
The present paper describes how Interviews were fundamental for reaching the main target of the NR-18(A Brazilian Construction rule) research. It was accomplished with six professionals tied up with safety's areas, among them: DRT's inspectors (a Brazilian Workers' Regional Department), specialists and technicians of Hygiene and Workers' Safety, managers of the Civil Construction and Workers' Engineers. After a deeply look on the Brazilian Constructions' Rules and also after applying a check-list and photographic documentation, it could be able to obtain the concrete information used as an basement for changing the nowadays NR18 Rule(Workers' Conditions and environment in the Construction's Industry). The questions were elaborated in a way of supplying relative data about hygiene and safety of the workers. They were free to contribute in a wider way as possible. This article presents the results of the applied interviews. It pointed out alternatives for a better use of the NR18 Rule in the Civil Construction Market.
