Abstract
Ainda que se encontre em estado fragmentário, A Vida de Eurípides de Sátiro é a biografia peripatética mais extensa que chegou à modernidade. Escrita no século III a.C., a narrativa, em que se imbricam vida e literatura, revela traços das convenções biográficas do Período Helenístico. Para além de seu interesse historiográfico, ocupa posição importante no corpus das “vidas” de Eurípides uma vez que explicita as fontes de muitos episódios que constam de suas biografias.
