Abstract
En este artículo se analiza la evolución de las políticas y la legislación sobre inmigración en España, desde la transición a la democracia hasta la actualidad. Como conclusión, se apuntan algunas sugerencias tanto para los países emisores de flujos migratorios como para los receptores.
