Abstract
People death and injury in ires high rates cause the need to introduce new means of ensuring ire safety aimed at preserving life and health of people in possible ires in residential, industrial and public buildings.The article describes the people ire rescue equipment using methods in buildings and their impact on the individual ire risk value. According to the presented method it is possible to determine the necessary number of people saving means, judging by technical characteristics of these devices and the dangerous ire factors coming time.The probability calculating procedure of an event occurrence to prevent the death of people when using rescue equipment and the effect of this probability on the individual ire risk calculated value are presented. The method allowed to substantiate the evacuation (self-rescue) probability level increase of people who do not have the opportunity to leave the building in normal mode.The rescue devices technical characteristics impact possibility on the calculated value of the individual ire risk used in assessing the ire safety provision at the protected facilities is presented.
