Abstract
La publicación describe la interrelación entre el medio natural y el medio urbano, en un tiempo en el cual, los principios generales de sostenibilidad y equilibrio medioambiental son reivindicados desde numerosas disciplinas. Las particulares consideraciones del medio ambiente, necesitan una concreción materializada en un territorio, para poder ser válidas y específicas.
En este sentido, se ha elegido la Comunidad de Madrid, para ejemplificar las consideraciones generales establecidas y redactar una Ordenanza de dos asentamientos con criterios medioambientales, se trata de Navacerrada en la sierra madrileña y Tielmes en la de Cuenca. La comparación de ambas ordenanzas y la propuesta de un Manual de Urbanismo Bioclimático, constituyen las conclusiones finales de la Tesis Doctoral.
Abstract:
The paper describes the relationship between the urban areas and their environment in a world community aware of the ill-conceived energy ideas of this wasteful century, to an area of efficient and sustainable energy systems. The environmental preoccupation is on every discipline, and this Thesis rethinks about planning, environment and climate.
On urban planning the answers are still more theoretical than practical, not only because of the natural complexity of the urban phenomenon, but also because the answers must be very particular to the place and local climate conditions. The study must be very particular to the place and local climate conditions. The study ends with two practical case studies on the Madrilenian Community, on two different climate areas.
