Abstract

La filosofía del derecho y la teoría del derecho son dos materias recientes desde la perspectiva de la historia. Resulta interesante inclinar la atención sobre las causas y circunstancias de su nacimiento, por cuanto ambas mantienen estrecha relación con el concepto de derecho, el estatuto epistemológico de la ciencia jurídica y la metodología de los juristas.
