Abstract
Kur’an teori ve pratik olarak yeni bir toplum inşa ettiğinden dolayı hükümleri yirmi üç yıla yayarak yaşanılan ve düzeltilmesi gereken durumlara göre peyderpey indirilmiştir. Kaynaklar Kur’an’ın peyderpey indirilmesini teşride tedriciliğe bağlamaktadır. Onlar, tedriciliğin helal ve haramlarda olduğunu iddia ederek içki ve kumarın dört aşamada haram kılındığını iddia etmektedirler. Yaptığımız okumalarda Kur’an’ın tedriciliğinin teşride değil davette olduğunu gördük. İçki ve Faizin aşamalı olarak değil doğrudan haram kılındığını tespit ettik. Bu çalışmada da bu görüşün delillerini ortaya koymaya gayret ettik.
