Objetiva-se identificar as condições que tornem possível converter a conceituação e prática dos direitos humanos de um "localismo globalizado" num projeto emancipatório e cosmopolita. Argumenta-se que essa é uma questão que só pode ser adequadamente enfrentada da ótica da "hermenêutica diatópica" proposta neste artigo.
The aim is to identify the conditions which allow the turning of the conceptualization and practice of human rights from a " globalized localism " into an emancipatory and cosmopolitan project. The point is that this question can be adequately faced only from the angle of a"¹dyatoptic hermeneutic' such as proposed in this article.
