Abstract
El artículo realiza un análisis global de cuál es el régimen jurídico de los cruceros marítimos en el mundo y en España. Se examina el régimen de navegación, de realización de las distintas modalidades de tráfico de buques de pasajeros, su régimen laboral y contractual. A continuación se expone el origen histórico de los cruceros marítimos, su crecimiento imparable desde los años 80 hasta la actualidad con especial énfasis en Europa. Y finalmente, se muestra la realidad actual del tu rismo de cruceros en España.
