design and development of college managerment platform of application for visiting abroad based on primeton software platform

In the traditional mode,colleges use paper application form to apply for visiting abroad.This process is very complicated and takes a long time.What′s more,the audit results is not timely feedback,existing data cannot be shared,and the data are not easy to be calculated,etc.To solve the above problems,this paper introduces workflow engine,based on the Primeton Business Process Suite,the College Management Platform of application for visiting abroad is developed which can solve the operation and monitoring issues of application and review processes.Meanwhile,several elements in designing flow chart is stated combining with the platform,which include:branch,polymerization,participants,work items.After development and on-line use,it is proved that the platform can reduce labor costs,improve software quality,enhance the user experience,and effectively improve the efficiency of various departments.
