Abstract
En el objetivo de: comprender las totalidades, subtotalidades y fragmentos de los espacios públicos viales en el actual territorio de la Comuna de Independencia, de descubrir qué señales emiten ellos hoy para efectos de su proyección a futuro, y de apreciar en el plan propuesto por Karl Brunner para la Comuna de Santiago, su visión de alcance intercomunal, se confronta las proposiciones de nivel estructurante del bloque norte de la ciudad en el "Plano Oficial de Transformación de la Comuna de Santiago", de 1934/39 Karl Brunner, con el Plan Intercomunal de Santiago 1960-94 MOP, y con el Plan Metropolitano de Santiago 1994-24 MINVU. /Is scanned over the total, subtotal and fragments of public space vials in the present territory of the Commune of Independence, to discover what signals they emit today for purposes of future projection. It is observed in Brunner's plan (1934/1939) for the Municipality of Santiago, his vision of metropolitan Santiago, and balancing the highest-ranking proposals, with the Santiago Plan 1960-94 Intercommunal MOP, and with the Santiago Metropolitan Plan 1994-24 MINVU.
