Se realizó una intervención terapéutica en 48 escolares con hiperactividad, atendidos en la consulta de Psicología del Centro de Salud Mental perteneciente al Policlínico Universitario "Josué País García" de Santiago de Cuba, desde marzo hasta junio de 2010, con el fin de evaluar la eficacia de la terapia floral de Bach en el tratamiento de niños con ese trastorno. La favorable evolución observada en la mayoría de ellos puso de manifiesto la utilidad de esta terapia para disminuir o minimizar las manifestaciones clínicas de esta alteración y mejorar la calidad de vida, tanto de los afectados como de sus familiares.
A therapeutic intervention was carried out in 48 schoolchildren with hyperactivity attended at the psychology office of the Mental Health Center, belonging to "Josué País García" University Polyclinic of Santiago de Cuba, from March to June 2010, with the purpose of evaluating the effectiveness of Bach flower therapy in the treatment of children with this disorder. The good progress observed in most of them showed the usefulness of this therapy to diminish or minimize the clinical manifestations of the disorder and to improve the quality of life in children and their families.
