Abstract
Se analizará la materia contencioso administrativa, los criterios para la determinación de dicha materia y, en particular, la acción reparatoria patrimonial por actos administrativos ilícitos, los cuales han sido anulados por el Tribunal de lo Contencioso Administrativo. Sobre el último punto, se determinarán las relaciones existentes entre la sentencia anulatoria y diversos aspectos de la acción reparatoria.
