Abstract
O presente trabalho enfoca o estágio no qual se encontra o estudante de Direito, historicamente persona ativa nos fatos que atingem a vida contemporânea do momento, no que concerne à participação política, fator que também revela o grau de desenvolvimento de uma sociedade, além de apresentar os instrumentos que devem ser utilizados e implementados no combate à apatia estudantil: o Diretório Acadêmico e o Centro de Pensamento Político.
