Abstract
The area discussed comprises almost the entire eastern area of Škofja Loka, where a new developmental backbone will be formed when the construction of the northern section of the ring road is completed. The primary guideline for the structural breakdown of space is established by the route of the central vertical connecting road under the eastern slope of Kamnitnik, which will connect the new ring road with the southeast of the town. In the corridor which it affects, a broad spectrum of residential, educational, commercial, sports and other facilities will be sited.Within individual mentor groups, different siting scenarios were created, along with building tests of individual quarters, and other structural consequences which individual design proposals trigger in the treated area.
