Abstract
São abordados os elementos psíquicos inconscientes que estruturam a relação pedagógica, a fim de mostrar que podem favorecer ou dificultar o exercício da autoridade do professor, quando essa é substituída pela sedução. O intercâmbio emocional inconsciente dessa relação acarreta a revivescência recíproca de afetos do passado infantil sem que os sujeitos envolvidos se dêem conta disso. Tal revivescência inconsciente é possível graças à identificação, à transferência e à contratransferência: essas operações psíquicas são apresentadas conceitualmente, em termos psicanalíticos, para mostrar como o processo em que se articulam pode resultar na sedução.
