Abstract
Apresento neste artigo um estudo de dois livros escritos por militantes brasileiras que participaram da luta à ditadura civil-militar: são os testemunhos de Derlei Catarina De Luca, chamado No corpo e na alma e publicado em 2002, e o de Catarina Meloni, intitulado 1968 – o tempo das escolhas e publicado em 2009. Observo não apenas o conteúdo manifesto desses livros, mas também a forma estética que cada autora escolheu para realizar seu trabalho de memória. Minha suspeita é a de que, embora ambas as obras tratem de questões comuns (como a clandestinidade, a prisão, o exílio), as diferentes opções estéticas adotadas indicam também diferentes atitudes políticas que, lidas em conjunto, fazem um forte diálogo com a realidade social brasileira.
