Abstract
Devidamente autorizados por Dom Clemente Maria da Silva-Nigra, O.S.B., Diretor do Museu de Arte Sacra de Salvador (Bahia), divulgamos hoje nossa tradução de dois documentos recolhidos por êle durante sua primeira viagem à Rússia, rea-lizada em 1963. Ambos nos foram encaminhados em cópia datilográfica do original russo, efetuada graças a uma gentileza do Secretário do Arquivo da Academia de Ciências da URSS, em Leningrado, Aleksandr Chemikov. Traduzimos êsses do-cumentos, acrescentando algumas notas às já existentes no texto . As de nossa autoria diferenciam-se pelo acréscimo das nossas iniciais.
