Cuando Freud se refiere al duelo de la muerte del padre se ocupa de su expresión sintomática, diferencial, según la estructura clínica en juego: el reproche obsesivo y la identificación con el rasgo del síntoma paterno. Pero, más allá del síntoma histérico, la identificación revela una relación estrecha con el duelo, cuyo requisito es la constitución del objeto en cuanto perdido. La lectura lacaniana de Hamlet muestra a condición de qué el padre alcanza para el hijo el estatuto de objeto de duelo, al igual que sus efectos sobre la recomposición del deseo. Mais, au-delà du symptôme hystérique, l’identification révèle un rapport étroit au deuil, dont l’exigence en est la constitution de l’objet en tant que perdu. La lecture lacanienne d’Hamlet montre quelle est la condition à remplir pour que le père ait pour son fils le statut d’objet du deuil et ses effets sur la recomposition du désir. Abstract When Freud refers to mourning the death of the father, he deals with its symptomatic, differential expression, according to the clinical structure in question: obsessive reproach and identification with the trace of the paternal symptom. But beyond the hysterical symptom, identification reveals a close link to mourning, whose requirement is the constitution of the object as lost. The Lacanian reading of Hamlet shows the condition that must be met for the father to acquire the status of object of mourning for the son, as well as its effects on the recomposition of desire.
