Abstract
In last years Romania had a quicklydevelopment in I.T. and communications, domains thatcontinue to have a significant impact in economy andsociety, bring essential changes in productions line and inday by day Romanians life. The I.T. impacts over work,over people lead to appearance of teleworking. Previousresearch has shown that teleworking can make asubstantial contribution to the national economy, forexample, through increasing staff productivity andenabling better use of office space. Socially, teleworkinggave the people a better quality of life and work-lifebalance.
